um i looked into my port more closely and one side is clean and the other side has some wet carbon....i also looked at my plug (cheapest plugs i could buy)...and the plug has the same wet carbon and fuel ---- on it ...so im thinkin my ---- wasent fireing that well in that cylinder...and my valve seals and rings are brand new...so i think im gettin weak spark and so im goin to try and get some really good plugs.. and check my spark...i also noticed when my car idled ...it would miss fire every couple of rotations

honestly a little bit of both... usually when u get some of that ---- on ur finger if its carbon it will dry up pretty quick...but when i touch this ---- it feels like the carbon but it dosent dry up.....im wondering if i fouled out the plug a long time ago and maybe the rings in that cylinder havent seeted yet and maybe its letting some oil passed them....i havent really drove the car that much since the build......and when i do drive it and it feels slugish...it feels like its geting weak spark...and in the high rpms it dosent sound smooth....so im wondering if maybe im just carrying around that extra cylinder thats not fireing...wihich would explain my lose in power...my miss fire ...my plug being all shity...and my port looking the same as my plug..

was there any oil on that plug? or in the spakplug tube? i would just put some NGK plugs in it along with a standard tune up if you havent already and go from there. id also do a compression test and check your timing. did you hook up a timing light to the motor when you put it back together

Back when I did my clutch on my integra I noticed two exhaust ports where 100% clean, the other two normal carbon covered. A month later, the headgasket blew for the two ports that were clean. They were being steam-cleaned from the leaking coolant. Sounds like it could be your issue, but who knows. I remember before you were having headgasket issues...is this the same motors?
My car also did not run 100% when the HG was leaking a little. Once it was replaced, it ran better than ever. This could be it. You might want to try to pump some air into each cylinder while you have each at tdc to see if you get any bubbles in the coolant at all.
