dont worry im sure u are not fucked cause my cuz did the same ---- the car is fine if u lossen the bolts alredy just tight them at 58lbs it will be fine

Loosening them up will give you a problem because now they are stretched.

I torque mine to 90 anyway. No problems. Actually I always had problems with stock torque or even 70 ft lbs.

For real, sometimes overtorquing is all you can do to keep headgaskets intact.
