obd2 to obd1 conversion
my friend is converting his obd2 97 civic to obd1 so he can boost, but we've ran into some problems.
it idols from about 700 to 1500 really fast back and forth. he heard that you have to cut one of the wires on the iacv. is this right and which wire do we cut?
