no coolant getting to block?

Default no coolant getting to block?

so i went to change my autometer water temp sensor back to the stock sensor today and after i drained the system and unscrewed the sensor, not 1 drop of coolant came out, i wiped it offf and it was a LITTLE moist but nothing really noticeable opn the rag. any ideas?

car just started a little rough but it is cold around here so idk...

well, you did drain the system, so therefor there would be no coolant??

well yea, but the only reason i was asking is because i figured a little might leak out or the sensor would at least be wet...idk though

Well, is your water temp sensor mounted on a vertical surface? because gravity does work, and there will probably be no standing coolant around it.

I was putting oil in my motor today and I thought it was supposed to hold like 4 quarts, but I still couldn't see any oil after 10 quarts. I put another 5 in it and I could finally see some oil. It's about 3 inches below the oil cap. Is that good?
