iunno...the motor that came out of it was a d16....but then he swapped a ZC motor in it.....

Upon reading this thread closer, I see your friends Civic is a Si. Apparently if the harness is uncut and a D16 came out of it. Yes this will work in your HF, all you need to do is wire up your vtec. There are plenty of write ups on doing that. I always was under the assumption that Si harnesses were plug and play on Hf's. All you can do is try it. Do some researching on it, find some pin-out diagrams and see whats different and whats not. I really dont see why your harness wont work.

Yeah I know....there both OBD0 so it shouldnt be that hard.....
I just waitin for the damn thing to get here in the mail

Well i got it in yesturday, and hooked it all up.....but it still wont crank
Dude came by yesturday and said it was prolly the timing cause he said it sounded like ---- when i tried to crank it....
Like its wayyyyyy too advanced or retarded, iunno. He said it should backfire at least...cause its gettin fuel and spark...and my computer is ok......Thats all he could really tell me.....except that it may be an obd1 in an obd0 car....but that means my harnesss wouldnt have match ed the plugs right??

Well i just checked the timing and its fuked up.....my belt has excessive slack, my crank pulley is at TDC and my cam gears are both pointing down.....is that right??
If not then anyone know how i adjust it
