Also I never looked into getting a different actuator arm for the waste gate but to get the boost below 6psi. I think that is what you will need. As for witch one you could use I do not know I just tuned to 7psi low and 12 high.

Thanks for the response. I looking at threading both sides of the arm so I could make it longer to reduce boost. I might just go that route. The hardest part will be making my manifold adapter for this, because 2 holes line up on the hf manifold but the others are way off. Did you run water through that set up or just oil.

I did it both ways in the end I had water and oil. I originally had just oil but added the oil when I replaced my old turbo with a brand new 12a.lol As far as making it bolt up. They make a t3 adapter for a 16g you can buy on ebay for cheap that is the best way to make it work. You stud the manifold grind out the holes on the adapter t3 side and then gasket and bolt by far the easiest way to do it.

Take a look at this one.

I am in the process of rebuilding this one with a standard td-05 kit and the bushing that goes thru the oil deflector is too big, and the circlip that goes on it as well. I was under the impression all td-05's were built the same. The i.d is to small on the bushing, and the o.d is too big... Did you ever rebuild one of these?

No when mine started to die I just ordered a new/reman one. It only cost me like $400 but at the time the rest of the car was done so it was no big deal.

Found a kit on ebay for 50-60 bucks... I don't think I will have $400 in this whole set up. I spent my hard earned money on diapers, and the nail salon...lol
