Are these turbos any good? Got one from a dodge conquest turbo. Is this bigger or smaller than the tdo4?

slightly bigger, and I'm going to be doing a setup on a Z6 with the same turbo....

what is the internal wastegate actuator psi set at on this turbo? anyone?
