I think i know what the problem is pick a day this weekend and Ill bring the crx over and try to trouble shoot it. Im guessing that its just a matter of a few crossed wires. give me a call tomorrow 304-6377 I know mine runs so we can use it for a diagram

 

Well my car is not OBD1. i went back to Obd0 so it would just run and I could use turboedit and use a ps9 ecu to control VTEC. It works. But I must be stupid or something cuz all I did was put in the new harness and plug it all back together. There shoulf be no codes and it should run.
