Default Need some help with f22a block with h series head swap

I need to know which head is better for this swap. H23 or H22, i would like to have vtec but its really not important. I don't really know much about this swap yet. I know that i need the timing gear and belt, the dizzy and the head studs. I've heard people say the f22 intake manifold works on the h series head and have heard that it doesn't. So on that part im confused. If it does fit i know it has to be port matched. If anyone knows about this please give me all the info you have on it. Or if you a site that has a good walk through or great info on it let me know.

Yeah they have the write up on cb7tuner.com but also the h23a head is a direct bolt on and since the hseries intake manifolds work on f series don't you think that f series mani's would work on hseries engines. why would you want an f mani on an h anyways? I would just swap intake mani's and rock the single cam ---- bro
