Default Need a little more help

All right, I have an a6 that I’m about to boost… it is in pieces right now. When it was together, it would shot gobs of oil out of the exhaust, like massively. I took a good look at block today, and, I was little confused. The engine is pretty tired with its 207,000 miles on it. I’m not sure where the oil was originating. I was thinking the head, with bad valve seals or something. The pistons are still in the block and when I looked in there, there were these little streaks of black deposits on a few of them (possible bad rings, right?) So, what should I do?? I bought all kinds of gasket already… so should I go to a shop with the head and/or do the rings. If I do the rings, do I need to get bearings for the crank and does the crank need to be resurfaces or anything And are the rings and bearing a dealer item only?? Thanks
