Well i deserve to be flamed 
after being absolutly out of ideas i started pulling spark plugs. i relized 1,2 piston were fithy and 3,4 were like new. i was figuring my cylinders were fucked after getting pissed i decide to try a bunch of ---- i pull plugs 1 by 1 nothing happens for 3,4 but if i pulled 1,2 the motor would stall. i decided i wonder what will happen if i i put 3 in 4 and 4 in three bang the car stops poping and the rpm shoot up to like 3 grand after cranking up the idle to keep it running now i can set everything back to stock damn this bitch revs right up.The motor doenst shake doesnt pop and it no longer smells like gas !!!!!!!! it is ------- fixed 
thanks everyone who tried to help me with my stupidity But ------- ss auto ---- send me a flange for my dp to hook up to my cat and it is like 10 sizes bigger than it should be.

Lilpooh21186 Good deal. It takes some ***** to admit a simplemistake like that. Weve all done it. And if somenoob reads this thread now they'll have an answer for what was actually wrong.And maybe it'll help them.

I did a timing belt and tune up for a friend. When I started it up I got the same thing: rough idle, glowing cat. I kept rechecking the timing belt thinking that I got it off a tooth. Turns out I had the plug wires out of order.
