Default my car don't run right help

I just put a d16z6 motor in my 88 si. the motor has all new pumps, rings, gaskets. i have a rhb5 turbo setup on it as well. i just got everything in and i turned it on. it will crank up and you can rev it up but it won't idle, once you let off the gas it cuts off. also i don't see any boost on my gauge, all im getting is 20vac when i rev it up. the exhaust isn't hooked up i just got the o2 housing on it so i can't really hear if anythings wrong. also im not getting any oil pressure. im pretty sure the pump is working because i primed it and i took the oil filter off afterwards and it had oil in it. the car only ran for 20 seconds at a time so i think it would take a lil' while for the pressure to build up in the gauge because of the turbo oil feed line soaking up all the oil supply. i set my zdyne to one of the 1bar pm6 tunes with vtec control and i set it for 450 injectors and to run them 3-4% lean. i can't think of what's wrong. if you have any suggestions please let me know. i wanna drive my car!

my tachometer doesn't work......i think when i put the dash back in i forgot to plug something up so i don't know how high i revved it, aprox. 2-2.5k im guessing. but when you let off the throttle it drops down to idle and cuts off. how do you suggest i adjust the idle? should i just change it to 1k with the zdyne? or adjust it on the throttle body.

lean out fuel at idle. See if that helps if not. Adjust on the throttle body.
