Will an MPFI system From Any Honda With the four injector setup fit my CRX DX?

no...only SOHC cam manifold and the SOHC Distributor, but a DOHC D-series ECU will work with it.

and for simplicity you'll want a obd0 dizzy, ecu and IM.
