Default MPFI and mini-me swap ?'s

i have a older D15 with DPFI and i want to do a mini me swap but also want MPFI. would it be easier to just buy a vtec head with a ecu....or should i do the MPFI swap first then swap the head...or would it be easier to just do both at the same time?

it doesnt really matter because your gona have to do both sooner or later :P if you have all the money for everything buy them, then install everything at once

Yup, just do it at once. Otherwise you'll end up having to remove the MPFI manifold/setup a second time to install the head. then you'll need another IM gasket. It's just easier to do all the wiring, and install at once. I recently did the same thing. Word of advice... make sure the head your using for the mini-me is in good shape. If it's been sitting for a while, replace the valve seals. My Mini-me smokes on deceleration due to the leaky valve seals.
