x1000 that ---- works wonders, unless its already too far stripped, if you can get at it and there's enough material there try a pipewrench, I never loose a battle with a pipewrench.

i work on airplanes where there are a million screws in each one. i keep a tube of valve grinding compund in my box. i almost cant go a day with out using it

Whack with hammer and it turns at the same time... Maybe its too late. But get one of those if you can..

Anyways use the ez out (drill the largest hole in it you can and use the largest ez out that can still seat deeply inside the hole)
