We did a D15b2 mini-me in Europe too.
We took the D16Z6 engine wireloom plus the part that goes into the car to the ECU. The ECU plugs are different from D15B2 to a D16Z6 ECU. You'll need to re wire some things.
We took the ECU pinout scheme and started to solder every wire from the new loom to the existing loom.
It took some time but we made it with head swap in about 10 hours.
