i have a sohc zc (d16a6) and i was wondering if i have to change my timing belt,cam gear and ARP headstuds;for the z6/y8 head change;and also which head would you go with z6 or y8 for boost;and also do i use my stock intake or wich ever one comes with the head

 

you can use your stock intake manifold/ the y8 intake is prefered. yes u need a new timing belt, get the one for the head your using. z6 head/ z6 timing belt. u can use the same cam gear on the z6 but not on the y8. im not sure about the stud but use the y8 bolts if u use the y8 head. for the z6 it doesnt matter. and for boost id go with the z6 or the y8 with a thicker head gasket. becareful boosting if u user astock head gasket. hope that helps. but there shoud be more topics on this.
