Maximum speed on standard b series honda gears
Hi all was wondering how long gearing could be created from standard oem honda gears. am i right in thinking the most you could probably gear to is about 150mph?

check out www.honda.rr.nu these guys had a civic with a Ls/VTEC and a GSR tranny which has semi short ratio's with 16inch rims going 150mph with plenty to go! it's Shane's car the green civic if you look at the pics. There are TONS-O-AWESOME vids on that sight. just scroll onto the video tab and then just select shane's car vid's and check them out

ive been 185 in a 360 modena and it really didnt feel all that good, but the car still felt planted. i dont think id ever wanna go 150 + in and civic/ integra platform, they just dont feel safe, the car get all squrimy. they were not designed to go that fast. plus you better have some big *** brakes (front and rear) wider than stock wheels and some good *** tires or you are asking for trouble. your gonna need a rice boy wing on the back too.
