isnt your car supposed to die out when u pull the vac line going to the map sensor if so my car does not die out it actually ideal a little better.(smooter)thanks -adam-

yea i dies down a little but than ideals better after its pulled off. and when its attached it bounces up and down but very bad like 1k 1.5k.

if your idle is bouncing from 1 to 1.5k then you need to pull the IACV off the back of the manifold and clean it with some carb cleaner and or wd40, dry, reattach bam fixed

check your idle screw on the throttle body. fiddle with it.

Your not pulling the map sensor line then becasue when you have no map hooked up you will get a cel and the car will idle and run like it's on 3 cylinders. You have a vacuum leak somewhere check with a pressure gauge

if you pull the vac line to the map, the car should die. i know mine does. maybe you have a bad map or something. why are you pulling the vac line from the map anyways? i mean what was the car doin that made u pull that?
