I picked up a set of Golden Eagles instead of ARP's. From what I read it's pretty much the same process to make them, but GE's are cheaper and they recomend stock torque specs (you can go a few pounds extra if you want to) so as to not distort the bore like ARP's supposedly do. Haven't gotten to try them out though, my ls/vtec build has kinda stalled. :P

do GE even make LS head studs? ive only seen them for teh 1.8l vtaks

i would reuse them, but for peace of mind id like to replace them, for the fact that the tard i got the car from put a junky *** 89 LS head on 94 block, and it leaks around the head too. id like to get the block resurfaced but im to lazy to take it out the car, the head is damn near new that i picked up for it so im not worried about that side
