All bearings, seals, and rings are brand new, and within tolerances. Oil level is ok too. Maybe there is some kind of "direct-to-pan" return off the vtec assembly? This has got me climbing up a wall. I'm about to take the whole damn motor outta the car and rip it back down! :-[
