Oh because that will run real smooth, the GSXR tps has a scale range of around 2.5 volts opposed to hondas 4.0volts.

I suppose you could set it in the middle, and it would just run like ---- on the bottom end and fine on the top. WOT is all we care about right?

Boosted ITB setup eh? have fun making a plenum, its definatly going to be interesting, You'd almost have to use a custom head flange, and and make the ITB's sit right off the intake ports if you want to have any room for a plenum. Attaching a plenum to the itb unit will be tricky too,

amen, I don't see what this ITB kick is all about. In the end its still a huge headache for minimal gains. In the end, its still an all motor honda.

I have that taken care of, a Y8 Manifold's fuel rail studs are lower then the injector bungs, this way I'm gonna be able to just cut right above the injector bungs and weld runners from there. all I really need is enough room to have a piece of purosil w/ 2 hose clamps on it. so alltogether I can cut down the overall length from head to end of the TB's down to right around 6" a stock Y8 mani is a little more then 12" long. There will be room for the lenum, it will just be a tight fit.

the thing I'm not really understanding is how to do the TPS. I know how to o the spacing, and how to bolt it up. but I am not sure how to connect the honda spindle to the gsxr spindle. I was kind of hoping for a little input from you on that jeff.
