JDM SOHC ZC Head Swap?

I have a JDM SOHC engine. I want to know if it is possible to put a D16Z6 head on that engine to make it VTEC? And what is the ECU number these engine have ? thanx a lot!

all SOHC honda d series are interchangeable, and yes, a ZC is a d series techinically.

use an ECU from a comparable USDM engine combination.
