lol, what an odd question to ask. Usually its the other way around. The two different heads you can use on that block is the dohczc head and the d16a1 integra head.

Im saying you can not put any sohc vtec or non vtec head on your DOHC zc block. <----- did you see that thats the second time I answered your question. I cant believe I typed so much to explain to your stupid *** what you could have found out yourself! Are the sohc headgaskets the same as your dohc headgasket?, No SO will they fit?

He gave you a good answer and there is also a sohc zc block so if he made the statement "No you can't put a single cam vtec head on a zc block" it would be false...I think it was pretty clear when he said "The two different heads you can use on that block is the dohczc head and the d16a1 integra head" and he was mearly saying most people ask if they can make a sohc motor a dohc by swapping heads and that is asked way to many times
