I think he means, the gears on his D16Z6 and D15B vtec are the same.

 

yup but on bac's we think its off its the top cam gear posted with jdm d15b vtec cam in it. what he is wondering is, is it possible he needs the other cam gear or is the timing right to have the top one with that cam ??

 

the gears between the z6 and the d15b has the exact same mark and everything , I am actually using a z6 gear in my d15b coz the original one was all fucked up.

 

i am curious abuot something very similare. i plan to use my d15b cam in my z6 build. what cam gear do i use to have correct cam timing?
