Default J-spec B16 tranny

Does anybody know if the J-spec. tranny on the B16 is geared lower that the USDM. The swap that I have in my car is at 4100 rpm at 60 mph in 5th. It does not have a factory LSD. Is there something wierd that I got my hands on? (not that I'm complaining...the low low gearing is great!)
