i had to buy a new bushing and cut out the outter metal ring cuz i didnt have a press

Dont need a spring compressor at all
Ive done it between 2 tires, they easily take the pressure
Ive done it by just holding the spring with my foot, it doesnt have as much force as everyone says
But now for the bolts on my Crx, Im going to have to take it to a shop, the rear pass LCA bolt is completely stripped
