It's the red wire... cut it and splice it to the bigger blue one.
Why would you ask this on HMT of all places?

I wonder if the battery was disconnected to do the install?
If its a network car, I almost sense a module/computer could be in need of replacement if the battery wasn't.
Where exactly do you work?? So i know to never take a vehicle there
