install problems with viper system

Hey there,

I am installing a viper alarm, remote start, keyless entry system on a 2005 Buick Terraza. I spliced into the started cable and then now the vehicle won't start. I took the sytem harness off and rewired the original way. The damn thing still won't start. Any suggestions?

Same thing I thought... but it's my job to do this ---- and if they're paying, we'll do it... I think they just bought too much ----... All they wanted was remote start and apparently our sales guys could sell ice to a ------ eskimo...
