me and my cuzzin have done it right and it cost 3500 total. and it looks clean as a ****. no fucken ghetto wires all over the place. maybe i can get a pic of my cuzzins integra for you guys.

F22 is the most underrated engine in the honda lineup, and by far one of the cheapest. And with not a whole lot of money (comparitivly speaking to a B or H series) they're well into the 500hp+ range now.
