iacv delete.... How can i disable it?

well if it doesnt have a resistance that is within spec it will still probably throw a code...
Solid. I was just curious if you could get rid of the ------- coolant line mess. It would be nice if we could get rid of the whole routine, but alas I don't know how to code.

ill have to take a pic of my engine bay... With the venom intake, i got rid of the fitv, iacv, evap purge, and all kinds of coolant lines and ----.

back on track- so is the resistance from the iacv variable or constant?

yeah all that ---- is "extra"....just weighing down your car while your at it dont forget to toss the charcoal canister too

i just looped one of the lines from the upper hose to the water pump pipe, and capped off the one on the intake manifold. for some reason my thermostat housing doesnt have the extra nipple...

funny, i got the same ---- goin on. Im actually working on putting the IAT sensor in the chargepipe though.. Its cold here and i dont think my car is running a bit shitty without it..

yeah my car is NA at the moment... if it where a turbo car it would be in the intake manifold for sure!

i was wondering the same thing...i put a venom intake on my wifes accord with a dohc f22b...and i had drilled a hole in the manifold previously for that sensor/valve...guess i can break out the jb weld on hers and fill the hole..ill try it danglin..along with the other 238743 things i didnt bother hooking up...course since im replacing the head gasket and stuff..i got a lil time...

so does anyone know how jeff got his b series idleling at 1100 with the intake he built Mines up at 1500-1700 and its a little annoying. I dont really know where to begin to tune it out in crome
