how much do i add while converting the stock crx linkage for a b16 ?

 

Put the linkage under the car measure, cut and weld.

Note: Measure twice cut once.

 

i know i heard somewhere like 3 inches your add to it.

you can use integra shiftlinkages but you have to get the shortened.. i dont think you can use you crx linkages because the trans is different like how the shift stableizer bar is and stuff... just buy some for the swap. tons easier!

 

my advice, spend the 100$... cutting and welding one can easily break unless your a solid welder. 2nd thing, you cant use the crx one because of how it mounts up to the tranny. So either get an integra shift linkage and shorten that by taking careful measurements or buy the hasport/hcp shift linkage

 

The only way to buy the Hasport one is to buy their mounts and get it as a package. I have been trying to get their linkage for a while but I dont have their mounts so tey wont let me have it ....looking for a used one...

 

i bought hasport linkage from them and i dont have there mounts
you dont have to get the linkage straight from hasport, there are other places where you can get them from

what about using a shift linkage from my friends 00 ex?
