just like taking it off, impact gun is the best way to go.
stop being a girl and just tighten it down the best you can, if you are worried about the engine spinning when you try to tighten it, just set the car down on the ground and put it in gear.

Hehe.. ..and of course there is a ghetto way of doing it. :-D
We wedge a long flathead screw driver in one of the holes, and put it on the lip of the block and the oil pan. Then get our your ratchet, stick a socket on it, put it on the bolt, then get a box end wrench 19m works great, and slip it over the handle and use it as a ghetto breaker bar. That will give you the torque you need to tighten that hooker down with one person.
