I say send in a phone call to the cops from an annoyymous pay phone. If he's got a stolen engine I'd bet he's got stolen other things and about 70 percent higher chance of drug possesion. Then buy your engine and give him a fake adress ha ha.

I say get the engine from him just make sure he doesnt get your real name and ---- use some photocopied bills to pay for it.
