how big of an overbore could i go without sleeving the block???

Default how big of an overbore could i go without sleeving the block???

this will be "semi-built" for boost im tryin not to sleeve my block...it's a dohc zc so i need to know how big of an overbore could i go without sleeving the block

Honestly it would be a negative to bore the motor, you would gain minimal hp while increasing the risk of cracking a sleeve substantially, if you HAVE to bore it, go as little as possible

everybody says no more than .40 so i went .20 to be super safe

on tock sleeves with no support i would not overbore the engine.

20 is as much as I would bore over stock sleeves.

yeah im asking .....but i only plan to bore what i have to(im not tryin to bore for fun)

76mm (.040") works fine for NA, dunno about boost though.......

I went 76mm. It was fine untill I tried to tune it myself. :1
