Approximately.

Look at most of the factory turbo offerings on the market... they come with a stronger components, for the most part, but the KS is successfully used to tune ignition timing under boost for 75% of the cars that get a boost controller and AFC to control larger injectors.

Before I went LS Vtec I reved my tuned B18B1 to 7500k with ease. When I did the head swap I installed ARP rod bolts because they are cheap and good piece of mind. I now rev the motor to 8000k with no issues but it does not see much over 7000k, no need in fact I dont pop Vtec much. I also plan to turbo soon so that was part of the decision on the rod bolts. Funny though I used new OEM head bolts, I have seen them hold some high boosted B motors.
