its a 5 speed manual gearbox indeed.
Also, its getting pretty off-topic, K20 engines are out of the question....just above buget, WAY above. I just want to know if the V6 engines have potential or not. If somebody knows anything about it and if it can handle a fair amount of power with stock internals.

weight is the only problem that I have with V6 in small car. I have a friend putting a V6 in his 99 integra to ice race with. I don't know if the extra 200 pounds is going to hurt him.

I would go with a accord for the widder wheel stance. If its going to be a track only car, you could cut weight pretty easily.

Overall weight on any car at the track is important lower the better. Weight placment is very important too.

PS I tested 600 pounds on the front end of my car. It was a waste of time, because our lap times went down.

well, i have 2 options, 1, i build a very very light 1 seater with a bike engine, or a bit lager, 2 seater with a v6 in it. It just needs massive power :P
