high comprission=low boost = low no of hp
medium comprision= medium boost= medium no of hp low comprision = high boost = hi no of hp also you can make more power with hi comprision ., in case you make great tuning (fuel/timming) and great cooling system try to use your mind to do these two things then get the more power |

high compresion low boost is similar to low cmopresion high boost.. change tuning generally but if you think about it it's ALMOST the same thing.. you can run with good boost on that compression, like slo_crx1 with him B16.. ive seen alot B16's runing 10 psi stock making very good power with "safe" tuning...even b16s with alot miles on them boosted and runing nice! just with b16s...

i don't see a problem running 8 psi on that compression daily as long as you have better engine management. but as for most turbo cars your really not supposed tp do 5th gear pulls anyways for that exact reason :1
