running pretty good, we took it to the track and beau ran a 13.3 @ 108mph @ 8psi (very traction limited) open diff, and smoked the slicks 1-2 gears. Doesnt matter the car isnt really going to be setup for drag racing, its my daily driver/road race car.

it had 28k miles on the bottom end and about 100k on the top end when I assembled it.

probably put about 5-8k on it.

isn't that a slow time for that kind of swap. you should have gotten after market piston and rods

lol, yes it is a pretty slow time, but obvisouly if you know anything about trap speeds you could see the car is an easy mid 12 sec car. Traction just wasnt happing that day at all. To give you an idea how much power this car has, it can easily smoke the ---- out of 23.0x10 (13in) wrinklewall slicks in 2 gears.

It really doesnt matter, the car still hasnt been tuned on the dyno with this setup, So I'm running a half *** ------ rigged Map on it. Plus an open diff doesnt help 1/4 mile times either.

The car will be used for road racing mainly, I have a drag racer..

was it hard to build the ls/vtec engine? i was thinking of doing that myself but i dont know if it is too much for a new tuner or what all is needed for the job. i have a 94 integra, can you help with any info or point me in the right direction? I also want to turbo it.
