well i found out why the main relay was not kicking over..

it goes like this
(( pins are read from the Relay not by the manuals))
ok the pin#1 Yellow/White wire (12volt source)( from Fuse #37 15amp)

pin #5 Black/Yellow ( this is the wire the concerns me. )
one manual it list as ground, another VSS wire and Honda Manual not listed at all.

pin#4 BLUE/WHITE ( hot on START ) this is good.
pin#2 Black ( GROUND ) this is good

pin#7 Yellow/Black ( to fuel pump)

pin#8 GREEN/BLACK ( to ECUpin A15(orA14)A14(orA12) [ depending the manual your looking at]
pin#pin #3Yellow/Black ECU pins A7(orA13)A6(orA15)[ depending the manual your looking at]
ok when i put 12volt source to pin#5 ( Black/Yellow)
this turns on pin #3(12volts),#8( 8volts)
when Pin #8 is grounded ( which should be done via ECU)
pin #7 ( fuel pump/ INJector Power) turns on.

my problems is where in the HEll does PIN#5 ( BLACK/YELLOW) wire go to on the OBD-1 ECU...

i wired to accesory toggle switch so when the car is in run. or on it will turn the relay on.

my ecu still does not work..
