So Heres the problem 91 Honda crx HF With and ls b18ba swap Swapped in with the hf Harness. So the problem is that the car 1 cant start with the ignition so we do the jump the starter with the battery trick. Now the motor turns over start up perfectly fine idles fine revs up perfect and drives in reverse perfect but when it goes into any forward moving gear. The car clicks and all power is lost the motor runs then shuts off when it looses power then when it comes back on it starts up fine bascily the car is bucking like a Raven Riley on top. We cant figure why its the power keeps shuting off PLZ HELP NOGS.

 

u have a short or lose wire

wen forward gear it loses contection and kills the car, start searching

 

you wired your reverse switch to the coil positive.

 

Thanx for info guys What do you mean reverse switch to coil positive? got me stumped now when in forward gears it only does it when the clutch is like 75% released im gunna try to post vids of this bitch

 

i was being a fuckwad saying, that your reverse contact switch (turns on when in reverse) was like a switch for your coil. but i knew it wasn't. recheck your grounds, and redo the terminal ends if you need to.
