Im running stock a6 block/head with the felpro mls hg from a z6. 12-13 lbs from a T04 40trim. and I torque them to I think 85 lbs. I always torque the d's 10lbs more than what you are supose too.
as far as timing i'm pulling about .9 degrees/pound with base set at 16. 12 or so psi but will be going up to 20-25 within the next few days, I never do 5th gear rippers. I just finished putting a new hg in today torqued down to 68lbs, the manual say's 53lbs.

this is the 3rd HG within maybe 5,000 miles of a fresh rebuild I had the head and deck milled i've always torqued it to 53 in the past so we'll see what 68lbs/ft does.

sorry for the thread jack but I hate making new threads when we can use old ones.

I think I torqued mine to 75 of somthing. Well who knows how accurate my HF $9.99 torque wrench is. But FTW 25psi here you come!!!!! Make sure that if you are using motor oil on the threds you have to torque it higher. If you use the moly lube its a little lower due to the squish rate of the oils.
