hard clutch pedal after swap
i swapped this in the b18 into my crx a long time ago and its been running great ever since. when i first finished the swap i noticed the cluch pedal was really hard, and i snapped about 5 pins in the clutch cable. in order to get the stock clutch cable to work i had to jack up my car and then lower it onto some 2x4's so the cluch lever on the tranny would give me enough room to slide the too short stock clutch cable into the lever. has this happened to anyone else? did the 90-91 integra clutch cable fix the hard pedal? if its not this then what may be causing the problem?

Re:hard clutch pedal after swap
i've used factory ones and they have worked fine. you dont have a cheap autozone clutch cable do you? i had one of those on my zc w/clutchmasters clutch and it never worked right, eventually took a mean ----, leaving me almost stranded in ohio....overheated the clutch, etc. i bought an oem honda one(so much better its not even funny) and its been perfect. buy a new oem honda one, i bet your problems will be solved. i always thought a clutch cable was a clutch cable, but there is more to it, build quality and material quality play a big part in how well it works.
