yes it is... If I was doing a b20 setup I would do this:

CRV B20B
99+ CRV B20Z pistons
rods, etc.

I like the torque! I hear it really puts you back in the seat.

well how about a A20A3 turbo that runs 11.9s. You do know A20 is a SHOC right? IF we can do that to a Single cam, a DUal cam is a lot of freedome. given. 8)

Re:hahaha b20a5 crazy

there are a lot of B20s out there and also B20A7 in England and a member from our forum got it, which as u can guess is on a 4WS lude.

One thing strait. The B20A motor comes out of the 3rd generation (86-89) Accord 2.0SI and 2nd generation (84-87) Prelude 2.0SI. Do know these are JDM so u cant find them in ur junkyard in the US.

Here is the spec on that B20A motor

1958cc (2.0L) DOHC 16V Non-vtec
Bore and stroke: 81mm X 95mm
Compression: 9.4:1
Power output: 160HP@6300RPM
Torque output: 137ft-lbs@5000RPM
Manual tranny gear ratios:
1st- 3.166
2nd- 1.857
3rd- 1.259
4th- 0.967
5th- 0.794
R- 4.066

Re:hahaha b20a5 crazy

look...i wasnt really lookin too hard bout this jdm b20a motor....but let u know that the b20a5 lude motor has a shitty stroke to rod ratio and anyone who wants to compare a b20z/b motor to the b20a5 motor has got problems....serious problems at that...and on top of that the thing doesnt bolt into ---- besides the 3rd gen lude...ill have to agree with my crx buddies here on this site....u can stick with ur accord....oh and i raced one of those 89 accords one time with my old 3rd gen lude and i smoked the ---- out of him....badly like there was no tomarrow....told him he needed a swap or something....or another car....heard he got rid of it and got a crx!!!!...lol...anywho.....im not bad mouthing this jdm b20a motor...im bad mouthing anyone who puts a 3rd gen lude b20a5 motor into there cars....and im definatly not a newbie....

Re:hahaha b20a5 crazy

i know what u mean 91rexBUG. That newbie talk was not towards you, it was towards newbies on the 3g site who see the name B20 and keep asking about the B20A5 motors.

i gotta agree with you. COnsidering the weight to Hp ratio for these 3g accord is as worse as it can get. The carb motor can crank up only 98hp at the crank. and sadly, no one makes aftermarket parts to make it go a little faster.

This is a cool site and amazing forum u guys have got here for yur civics. all i can say, is you guys are lucky and that is extremely lucky. i am really searching for someone who makes or would make anykinda turbo set up for a decent price that runs around the same price for the civics.

even the mounts for a B16 is hella expensive. You gotta spend atleast 1200K for just the 3 engine mounts and a wiring adapter, which sadly needs to be sent to Place racing for them to make it. Thats how poor our car is.

ITs funny how they would make soo much for even the 2nd and 3rd gen civics and ludes, but not a lot for 3rd gen accords. Its a honda too :(

Re:hahaha b20a5 crazy

1200K eh? So thats like 1,200,000? That IS a lot for motor mounts ;D

this site isn't all about civics, or crx's. its about turbocharging all cars and engines. most people have civics cause they are cheap and are good economy cars.

i know what you're saying about the 3rd gen accords, there isn't a big aftermarket for them, so most of the ones you see a really riced out
