hi im new the hmt and would like to know if someone can give me a detailed write up on doing the h23/h22 head swap. anothing do i have to run exteral oil line for vtec? got most of the parts:
.block
.head complete with dizzy interal coil
.lower timin gear
.h22 head gasket kit


thats what i have, i no i still need:
.h22 timing belt kit with water pump
.h22 thermostat housing and water pipe



is there anything elas i missed or u think i should get?


and dont forget do i need a exteral oil line like ls/vtec?

can i get a step by step (with pics) run down so i dont need to keep running back to the laptop when doin the swap
