H22a head on F22b

This is my first real venture into the world of true engine tuning. I dont know much, but I am in the Army and have done a lot of work on diesel systems (just saying I AM mechanically inclined). If this is a stupid question, please forgive me. I was wondering if I could put a JDM h22a head on the F22b in my 97 Accord. If so, what performance increase can I expect? I'm just trying to get some knowladge of all this. It really intrests me. Thanks.

You may want to try posting this topic on www.honda-tech.com in the accord forum, alot of guys their would probably know the answer to that question.. I only think their is a handfull of guys that are running accords on this board.
