My friend just got an h22 in his 93 prelude and it's faster than my car (b16). But then again I fucked my car up by overheating it and we didn't really race, it was just rolling acceleration test.

Personally I would go with a B16 and turbo it instead. The amount of crap you have to go thtough to stuff that motor in isn't worth it to me. You might spend a little more money to go with the b16 turbo, but it's a WAY easier set up to do, and you can end up with more power in the end when you are boosted.

b16's are the ------ ---- mang! they are hella cheap, and you can make them hella fast. the h22a's dont like to be boosted, they blow really easy. I have one under my belt already. my b16a I abused soooooo much more! I hit revlimiter like countless times (I have msd rev limiter) when I was running 6psi, I let my friends drive it and they would rev the ---- out of it, while it was boosted, I even raced people in 5th(boosted) which is pretty hard on your motor. what I am trying to say is h22a's cand handle ---- for boost and b16a's can. thats why a b16 is better. stock motors are boring as ----. so get a turbo kit and you will own his ***.

B-series and H-series are overrated :P It should be close it will come to the driver. In one hand you have torque so you have to launch slowly and the b16 does not make power till you are reving so so knows Just my opinion :P

imho b16a sucks NUTS, i have no experience with h22

b16a = NO TORQUE

b16a feels like a b18a just louder and revs higher

i drove a 88 civic with a stock b16a with exhasut and cai. anmd it was slow as ----
