i need help in the traction department what have you guys done for your cars (EF/EG)

Tires, springs/shocks, and stiffer motor mounts are a few things that would help.

An LSD would also help lol. A good clutch that can handle some "feathering" would help.

Stiffer shock and some drag radials and not dropping the clutch at a very high rpm will definately help. But cant beat the help an lsd as well.
