I say boost the ---- out of it, if it blows up the swap the h23 head to the f block .

---- Mahle... Boost the stock H or yes F block with the H23 head... THEN you can just run forged slugs in the f.... 450 or so on a forged internal stock block (read non sleeved) is attainable if it breathes, and it will with the H head. Itll be a ------- torque monster

yea the h23's are gangster i have one i'm building right now.





p.s. they dont like to rev high thats how they spin bearings

Nice, I'll keep it stock redline thinking I might throw some new rings an bearings in it along with some ARPs and new HG so its minty fresh and see what it can handle...you guys have any good link for Boosted H23 set-ups?
