All that and if you didn't have that piece of ---- block gaurd in your first block you would have been fine. Oil squirters can like my -------, pointless with real pistons.

This doesn't even make sense.. why would a block guard factor in to cracking a sleeve?

I give you props on the homemade squirters. They seem like they could help reduce ring wear, but most turbo cars wont last long enough to worry about worn rings

I ran that engine with the block gaurd for over 20,000 miles. The result of the crack was me driving home while the headgasket was blown and the car overheating.

doubtful

more likely when your ---- started overheating because of the crack and it done burnt up all your water
